• Payment information — billing details processed securely through PayPal (we do not store card numbers)

4. WhatsApp Data

Botifyo connects to WhatsApp via the WhatsApp Web protocol. When you link your WhatsApp number:

• Messages sent to your number are processed by our AI to generate replies
• Message content is stored in our database to display your conversation history
• Your WhatsApp session credentials are stored securely on our servers
• You can disconnect your WhatsApp and delete all messages at any time from your dashboard

5. Google Sign-In

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We use this information only to create and manage your Botifyo account. We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, or any other Google services.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encrypted HTTPS connections for all data transmission
• Hashed passwords — we never store your password in plain text
• Session-based authentication with secure cookies
• Regular security reviews and updates

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can:

• Delete all your WhatsApp messages from the dashboard at any time
• Request full account deletion by contacting support@botifyo.com
• Export your data upon request

8. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Botifyo:

• OpenAI — powers the AI replies. Your bot rules and customer messages are sent to OpenAI to generate responses
• PayPal — processes subscription payments securely
• Google OAuth — optional sign-in with your Google account

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy and data handling practices.

9. Children's Privacy
